Dishes with History

Four chefs from the region Rendsburg-Eckernförde invite you on Wednesday, April 20th, 18:30 pm to a large “Dishes with History” benefit at the Restaurant Campfire in the Globetrotter Lodge.

The Menu “Spring Awakening”:

1. Uwe Mehrens, Guesthouse “zur Doppeleiche”, Hohn

Beetroot carpaccio with goat cheese in a nut coating


2. Malte Stuber, Restaurant “Stuberstübchen”, Karlsminde

Carrot chili soup with salmon


3. Stefan Möse, Guesthouse “Victoria”, Winnemark

Catfish fillet on warm lentil salad


4. Michael Stöcken, Restaurant Campfire, Globetrotter Lodge Ascheffel

Wild back under herb crust, nut cabbage in juniper sauce with bread dumplings


Afterwards a dessert party with the participating chefs at the buffet

  • Quark dumplings with rum
  • Dessert with pear and red pepper
  • Apple-yogurt cream on elderberry
  • Panna cotta with strawberry sauce

The menus include wine from the compandy “Transqurmet und Wasser”.
